Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

In short: Fabulary is a single-player puzzle game for iOS. Everything it remembers stays on your own device. It does not collect personal information, has no accounts, shows no ads, and sends nothing to us or to anyone else.

I

What the game keeps

So that the book opens where you left it, Fabulary keeps a small record on your device: which nights you have kept and the best score on each, the beasts written into the bestiary and how often you have bonded them, the night each one was first recorded, your Thaums and talismans, your Long Night best, and your music, sound and touch settings.

II

What the game never gathers

Fabulary does not ask for or collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers or any other personal information. It contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking tools, and it does not create a user profile of any kind.

III

Where it lives

That record sits only in the app's own storage on your device. Fabulary has no server to send it to and makes no network requests of its own, so your bestiary never leaves the phone or tablet it was written on.

IV

How long it stays

The record stays until you remove it. "Begin a fresh book" on the endpaper, the last leaf of the bestiary, clears it at any time, and deleting Fabulary from your device erases everything it kept.

V

Children

Fabulary is a gentle game written for general audiences, younger players included. It asks no one for personal details, so there is nothing about a child for it to hold, share or pass on.

VI

If this policy changes

Should a future version of Fabulary ever begin to treat information differently, a revised policy with a new effective date will appear on this page before that version is released.
